The fabric is beautiful and bead work looks like it was done by hand. I think it was a good value for the price (got on sale) It does need a tank underneath, but most sheer fabrics do and it does not say in the description that it comes with one.

Cons: sheer should include tank for this price
You WILL need a tank or cami under this one. I had a black tank on when I tried it on in the store, worked fine. Navy blue tank would work great. Does NOT come with a tank.
