Not Cotton/Spandex- Disappointed

Cons: Fit, Style, Comfort, easy of care, shrinks, not cotton, no spandex
I purchased this jacket because it was a cotton/spandex mix. Easy care and comfortable. But when I received the top it was not cotton, spandex or even a combination of these. It is viscose. Viscose is a combination of processed wood pulp, treated with carbon disulfide (pollutant) and acetate dope. This wrinkles easy and shrinks when washed unlike cotton spandex blends.
Catherines please list material correctly. This has cost me money to return and the time spent dealing with it.
